The Mystery Machine is the main mode of transportation used by crime-solving group Mystery Inc. in the Scooby-Doo franchise, owned by Fred Jones. The vehicle, loosely based on a Chevrolet Sport Van, has the ability to adapt to most situations; the cargo hold is filled with ladders, lanterns and ropes among other things, while computer equipment lines the inside of the van.
