'17 Ford F-150 Raptor
The Ford F-150 Raptor is the highest-performance version of the Ford F-150. The second generation of the F-150 Raptor was designed by Gordon Platto and was introduced in 2017 as a 2017 model year model; it was based on the thirteenth-generation F-150. It uses a 3.5L EcoBoost D35 twin-turbocharged V6 mated to a Ford 10-speed 10R80 automatic; it was the first vehicle to debut that transmission. As with previous generations the F-150 Raptor is intended for off-road capability and features off-road tires and Fox Racing shocks. Production ended in 2020, being replaced by the next generation of F-150 Raptor.
