The Vanster
The Vanster is a depiction of a Japanese-style van. This casting has a Greenhouse roof- a clear plastic roof revealing a large, mid-mounted engine in the cargo bay, as well as a chopped roofline and wide fenders. This casting is in right-hand drive, as is the standard on JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) vehicles. The casting was retooled in 2023, with much of the rear plastic cargo hold being made part of the body, as well as modified construction to incorporate a rear door and a post-post design; this version is used in conjunction with the old tool. The casting was updated in 2024 with the gap from the engine detail in the base being filled in.
