Ferrari F2004
The Ferrari F2004 is a highly successful Formula One car designed by Ross Brawn, Rory Byrne, Ignazio Lunetta, Aldo Costa, Marco Fainello and others to compete in the 2004 Formula One World Championship. Driven by Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro drivers Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello, the F2004 was heavily based on the F2003-GA used the previous season. The F2004 was powered by a Ferrari 3.0L 053 V10 mated to a 7-speed sequential per Formula One regulations. One of the sports most dominant cars, the F2004 won Ferrari both the 2004 Formula One Drivers Championship with Schumacher and the Constructors Championship with 262 points; it won 15 races (13 Schumacher, 2 Barrichello), achieved 9 seconds (7 Barrichello, 2 Schumacher), 5 thirds (all Barrichello), 12 pole positions (8 Schumacher, 4 Barrichello) and 14 fastest laps (10 Schumacher, 4 Barrichello).
