Covelight
Covelight is an original design by Jun Imai that first debuted under the Silencerz segment of the AcceleRacers series in 2005. It depicts a technologically advanced liquid metal vehicle with 600 HP, a 6L V12 engine, twin sequential superchargers, lost wax cast aluminum frame, carbon fiber body panels, 22” front wheels and 24” back wheels. This model was conceptualized as a college graduation project by Jun in 2003 called the Lincoln Eros [https://web.archive.org/web/20211019075715/https://www.cardesignnews.com/college-exhibitions/art-center-college-of-design-fall-graduation-show-2003/24823.article Art Center College of Design Fall Graduation Show 2003] that was a “vehicle for the Greek god of love”.
